Young British designer Sophia Webster is the shoe world’s new rising star.

In 2013, Sophia won the Conde Nast Footwear ‘Emerging Designer of the Year Award’. Her two “pop-up” shops in Burlington Arcade and King Street (Covent Gardent) were instant successes. The first boutique opened in Spring 2016 at 124 Mount Street, Mayfair.

In 2018, Sophia Webster opened their second boutique at 86 Sloane Avenue.

Erdem Moralioglu was awarded the ‘Inaugural British Fashion Council/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund.’

The Erdem label is now sold globally in more than 50 premium department and speciality stores.

Wilson McHardy were delighted to be instructed to acquire Erdem’s first store, coinciding with the brand’s 10th anniversary.

The 2,000 sq ft store is located in the heart of Mayfair, on the corner of South Audley Street.

The first of the “new establishment” of Savile Row; Richard James is widely credited as having a much to revitalise the reputation and fortunes of the world centre of bespoke tailoring.
